Funds are deposited to the bank account connected to your Rentier account. Exact payout timing depends on the payment method and your processor settings.

Yes. With autopay enabled, the AI agent collects rent on the due date and follows up on anything outstanding, so you are not chasing late payments by hand.

Tenants submit requests from their portal. The AI agent triages each one, can dispatch a vendor, and keeps everyone updated until the work order is closed.
