How it works

Three steps. We do two of them.

    Send us your data

    ZIP export, spreadsheet or a folder of PDFs. Send it to your migration specialist, who checks it is complete.

  2. 02

    We map every record

    Columns are matched to Rentier fields with a confidence score, records already in your account are flagged as duplicates, and your specialist settles anything unclear.

  3. 03

    Review and go live

    You check a summary, not 4,000 rows. Then invite tenants to the portal and connect your bank through Plaid when you are ready.

What comes over

Your records, checked before they go live.

You review every import before it goes live. If something looks wrong afterwards, your specialist can roll the whole import back within 30 days. Nothing is deleted on the old platform until you cancel it yourself.
